At GuideMe, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health navigation and therapy services. Due to the nature of our services, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

All screenings, intake sessions, and therapy session packages purchased through GuideMe are non-refundable once booked or accessed. This includes:

  • Initial screenings and intake evaluations
  • Single therapy sessions
  • Multi-session therapy packages
  • Any digital screenings or personalised care pathway recommendations

Once a screening has been completed or a session has been scheduled, the service is considered delivered or reserved and cannot be refunded.

Case-by-Case Review

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at GuideMe's discretion. Examples may include:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the service
  • Provider unavailability where a suitable alternative cannot be offered
  • Exceptional personal circumstances

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All decisions are final and made in line with our service commitments and operational costs.

How to Request a Review

If you believe your situation warrants consideration, please contact us at support@joinguideme.com within 7 days of your purchase, including:

  • Your full name
  • Order or booking reference
  • A brief explanation of your request

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Missed Sessions and Cancellations

Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on rescheduling.
