Cancellation Policy

At GuideMe, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both clients and practitioners, please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All screenings and therapy sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled screening or therapy session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and the full session fee will be forfeited.

Therapy Packages

For multi-session therapy packages:

  • Each session follows the same 24-hour cancellation rule
  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions cannot be refunded or credited
  • Package sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that unexpected situations can arise. In exceptional circumstances, cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at GuideMe's discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

Requests must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
